Breaking Down the Silos: An Interview With Bonnie Kennedy
Abstract
In each issue of PLAIO, we include interviews with scholars and practitioners whose work provides us with new insights into prior learning assessment – into the recognition of experiential learning.
In this interview, Bonnie Kennedy, executive director of CAPLA (the Canadian Association for Prior Learning Assessment), focuses on CAPLA's many efforts to encourage the assessment of work-based learning in order to make "invisible learning, visible" and to enrich employment opportunities for adults.
