Abstract

Our assumption in this paper is that many PLA strategies can and should be used to help workers identify their learning that can be transferred to other jobs or post-secondary education.  Most particularly, we examine, through the presentation of two our case studies, what strategies can help workers translate practice into theory. We also include strategies and approaches for higher education to use when providing PLA supports to workplaces.
